I broke the tie and voted for Simeon

Simeon

Moses is 1/2 the reason Simeon is good.

Simeon

Why is Simeon played? Because of a Moses band. Moses all the way.

Why is Moses played? Because of the Simeon band. There's a reason people don't play Ira and Benaiah, but play Moses, and that reason is Simeon.

Whoopsie, tied it up...

Well, to be fair, even without Simeon you would still have Moses played because AutO is already silly (and Jacob has the same band).

Except Jacob can't also band to Aaron to do the same thing. Nor can he band to Isaiah. Or Daniel. You get where I'm going with this.

As I said, I was just being fair and pointing that bit out in response to your post ;) I, too, voted for Simeon.

Not really. Moses was being played in these decks before Oak got the prophet identifier, he just got way better, whereas Simeon wasn't used at all before that point. When it comes down to it, if Simeon didn't exist, Moses would still see heavy play. If Moses didn't exist, Simeon would likely not make the cut in most decks. Moses wins.

I'm sorry, I thought we were talking about the current meta. Simeon is just 100% more versatile and can be a great addition to any band by adding a brigade, allowing you to use Meeting the Messiah, grabbing your opponent's character, etc. Moses is growing irrelevant due to the ever increasing prevalence of CBN.
