May band to Salome, Mary Magdalene, and/or Joanna. Cannot be negated if The Garden Tomb is in play.

Versus

5. Daniel
6/7 Green/White (Prophet)
Negate special abilities on Fortresses, Evil Characters, and N.T. Enhancements. May band to a Daniel Hero or look at opponent's hand. Cannot be negated.

CBN band is great, but there are plenty of ways to deal with that anymore and top decks that I have seen don't run this super band anymore. On the other hand Chenanaiah has a beastly ability, and can band to musicians (including the ever-popular King David). Chenny is the Champ.

Now that this is changed to a different opponent for Mary, I choose her instead. Daniel is more powerful than her, IMO, but I also feel that Mary fits much better into White than he does. Daniel has a couple of good enhancements, and similar CBN banding, but it doesn't ignore anything and doesn't have the power that the females can bring.

Both themes are kind of lacking, but Daniel lacks more in White.

There is no contest As Daniel as a White Hero which i think is what we should look at since he landed two Brigades. But even with Daniel Green I think it a really close call. Daniel may have more popularity right now. But that is just one factor to consider. Going with TGT

Daniel is, for the most part, found in better decks, but he isn't the lynchpin in any of them. MMoJ is about 1/3 of TGT's power (another 1/3 is TGT itself and the other 1/3 is the rest of the offense) by herself.
