1. Ishmaiah the Gibeonite
9/4 Red (Canaanite) (W/C) X = number of OT heroes in battle
Draw X (limit 3). Negate special abilities on Evil Characters with toughness X or less. May band to a red O.T. Hero.
Versus
5. Jael
5/5 Red (Female)
Character may choose any male, human Evil Character in opponent's territory to block a rescue attempt.

I know this one will end up in an Ishtory more than likely, but I am a HUGE fan of CTB for its power and versatility. It is so much easier to win battles when you choose an unhelpful EC for your opponent to use, and Jael is reusable in addition to being able to choose your own EC (the only character with CTB able to do so).

Ishy
and Jael is reusable in addition to being able to choose your own EC (the only character with CTB able to do so).
Actually she can't; she specifies opponents territory.

He was referring to using Canaan site to toss ur opponent an ec only jael could choose one of those ec's to block

No, I misremembered her ability ;) Though I do use Canaan for just that purpose in general. I just don't use Jael.

Ishy easily
-
The "opponent's territory" clause pushes my vote to Ishmaiah.
-
Jael is better

Draw, negate and band. Capable of holding FS. Red W/C.
Nah going with Jael here
-
The problem with Jael is that she requires so much support to be viable. You pretty much have to play a Canaanite defense with her, or a large Red offense with TaS/Battle Cry/CoA/etc., or both.
Ish, on the other hand, can win games almost by himself. He works well in an all-Red deck, or in Sam or Purple variants where the Red is splashed. FS on him is so good.
