Draw a card. If all of your Heroes in play are Genesis Heroes, Zebulun ignores Evil Characters with toughness greater than the number of cards in your hand.

Negate all special abilities on non-warrior class characters and non-weapon class enhancements.

Zebulun, Use him to discard all cards in hand and have davids harp or Chariot of fire active and you can be amazing in the endgame.

Zebulun is pretty beastly and Ira is usually only effective or even used, with FBtN banding. By himself, Ira needs to be blocked by a fairly big EC or a CBN EE which are pretty common. Zebulun on the other hand ignores most big guys and usually everyone else.
