Hmm... Cheneniah is pretty good but I think he lacks support as well as splashability.
I am trying to remember the last time Chen won Nats ..... Oh yeah never Salome has been consistently good.
Chenaniah lacks splashability? Salome pretty much HAS to be in a TGT deck. Chenaniah is an awesome hero with a ton of great banding options and doesn't need TGT backing him up. It was also in the second place nationals deck this year. Salome wasn't even in the top 8 (this is a random statement that I don't know if true or not)
Raw Power(ability to win by himself) Salome: Sure Chenaiah has more numbers but Salome can ignore Manny with 2k horses and some other dangerous Characters.
Splashabilty(how fer card does it need around it) Tie: on this on. Salome needs Some form of TNT and Chenaiah is a Musician.

I don't believe any of the top decks used 2K Horses in T1 this year, or evil weapons in general. Chen doesn't just have numbers, he also protects himself (and others) from the next evil enhancement, meaning cards like Plot don't stop a rescue attempt. Chen wins this category hands down for me.QuoteSplashabilty(how fer card does it need around it) Tie: on this on. Salome needs Some form of TNT and Chenaiah is a Musician. Salome needs a full TGT deck around her to be even remotely useful. Chen needs King David, which many people are already using right now, and is effective by himself for the reason stated above. Again, Chen wins hands down.I see Chen winning 4 of the 6 categories you offered up there.
