Seven Wicked Spirits has two main issues: First, it's negatable, which is a major factor that should always be considered when there's a discrepancy. Second, your opponent isn't going to always have fantastic ECs in territory, so it can end up being a dead card for several turns in a row. These factors contribute to it being a risky card to splash, so it doesn't really see much play. Wandering Spirit is the touchstone of a demon defense, and while demons aren't great right now, they're better than SWS.
He can really only band to Spirit of Temptation, or, well, SWS.
But SWS is basically any other EC in the game.
I didn't mainly use SWS to switch for an opponent's character so their defense was irrelevant but rather as a way to deal with their fortresses like the temples.
This doesn't actually work. The fortress interrupt lasts only as long as the ability does. Once the exchange happens, forts kick back in.
