Obedience of Noah?  With probably good reason they haven't made many ctb cards (especially unrestricted ones) but those two seem to have been enough.  And it is not that hard to have an offense that can use both pre-block. 

Just so you know, my comment was meant as support for Damsel because maybe you get to benefit from it or even better yet your opponent gets to "benefit" from it. 

Does Golden Cherubim proc for every card drawn from Damsel?

No.  Any draw ability, no matter the amount of the draw, triggers it once.

What about an up to draw ability? Ie Matthew. The draw 3 let's you search 3? I know this is off topic sorry
