Cupbearer has CBN soul gen, recursion (for either a hero or EC), and replaces himself. I can't think of a single evil character that has more utility than this one. King of Tyrus is good, but I think that his not being CBN and have huge numbers that give up initiative hurt him just enough to put Cupbearer on top in this matchup.
