Who to vote for?

With voting do you regard the hero himself or the hero with the deck created around it?

Ex: Thad? He dosen't do a thing by himself but with a ton of help he is awesome. So does that make him great?
or
Garden Tomb characters: They become great because of their SA + A Fortress.
so
Are we voting for these deck based heroes or the ones that can win all on their own. A kind of "no assistance required hero" And I know they get help but that's not my point.
The only reason people get lost in thought is because it's unfamiliar territory.

All those questions are entirely up to you. There will be time during voting to discuss the different ways people vote and how much emphasis they put on various qualities.

Vote on whatever criteria you think you should vote on. If you want to go strictly by that character and that character alone, that character and enhancements it goes with, entire decks, or any other set of criteria, have at it.

Thanks Guys: For myself I see the best heroes as the ones that can win some battles based on themselves not the deck.

EX: King David wins some battles because of his SA
Watchful Servant wins because his SA (I know the decks can be built to help this but it is entirely his Sa that wins the battle.)
The only reason people get lost in thought is because it's unfamiliar territory.

And that's perfectly okay, though I do think you'll be in the minority with that style of voting. I think most people would agree one of the favorites to win right now is Angel Under the Oak, and he's not that good outside of his specific deck type (though, honestly, still pretty amazing).
