Greetings fellow Lackey-users!
Today I learned how to change the image of the virtual "table" in Lackey, as well as the image that goes underneath your cards in your virtual "hand".
Using this feature you can make the Lackey "table" a Redemption Playmat of your choice!
Here is what it looks like when changing the "table" to the
2015 Champion Playmat from TLG, alongside
an "ocean surface" image that I added for the "hand" area.

- Step 1: Locate an image that is saved on your computer that you want to use as your new table/playmat. If you want to use one of the playmats I linked above, make sure to follow the link and save the photo to your computer. It'll likely be saved in your downloads folder by default after you download it.
- Step 2: Once you find the saved image you want, right click the image and select "Copy" from the list of options.
- Step 3: Next, open LackeyCCG and click on the "Preferences" tab at the top of screen (towards the right). A new list of tabs should appear after doing this.
- Step 4: Click on the "Appearance" tab.
- Step 5: Scroll down to the "Browse Table Playmat Images..." button, and click it. Then, click on "Open Directory.."
- Step 6: Now that the directory window popped up, right click somewhere in the blank space of the window to receive a list of options, where one will be "Paste". Click that.
- Step 7: Now, close the directory window. ("X" out of it) Return to Lackey and click "refresh", and you should see a new addition to the list of table backgrounds. That addition is your chosen image from earlier.
- Step 8: Select your new image off that list and click "Choose". That's it, you're done!
To change the background image for your hand area, repeat
the exact same steps but
instead of clicking on "Browse table playmat images..." you want to click on "Browse game zone background images...".
Feel free to PM me here or on the discord if you would like assistance with this, and I'd be glad to help.
Happy gaming!!
