At a timeout, whoever has the most cards in their deck wins.  If there's a tie, go to normal timeout scoring.

Except if a Speed deck lasts more than 20 minutes you're going to lose anyway.

Wouldn't everyone just play 154 card stall decks with the only goal to make the opponent draw cards?
It wouldn't be "Rescue the Souls", it would be "My deck is bigger than yours".
Retired?

...and?  No more speed, everyone should be happy!

I'm not sure how to respond to this.  What was the strategy exactly?

This is a very bad idea because it's possible to create an unbeatable deck, if you never draw then you can't lose.
An unanswered question is infinitely better than an unquestioned answer.

If you never draw your opponent will crush your defense.
As a national champion, I support ReyZen deck pouches.

if you never draw, you don't draw LSs and soul gen? I just won't make rescues so you can't block with your soul gen Defense.

The beautiful thing is I can set all this up without you even laying down a card, I know it works, the defense has been used quite successfully in T2.
Switching it to T1 is child's play.
