I think 105 is best. ;D But after that I would say 56.

It all depends on what cards you have. Something in the 50-56 range is good if you've got some crazy powerhouses to bring out (AocP/Trans in my deck) and want to get to them fast.
Decks with 100 and 150 cards allow doubles and triples of SA cards respectively, which is also nice. However, you still can only have one of each dominant, so it'll be harder to get to them.

70 ;) Depends on the deck you run really, heavy offense decks I'd say 50-56 range.

Lambo will run 100+ heavy defense, and uthminister will always max out at 154. If you're interesting in building large decks, I'd recommend PMing them.

It really does depend on the contents, but I think it's pretty safe to say that if you're going above 70 cards, you might as well go with 100+ in 90% of cases, unless you have limited resources.

As you can clearly see now, there is no "best". Which is exactly why I like Redemption.
