Personally I would use Vittles or Even better, Damsel, as a splashed drawer over Sabbath breaker, here's why.
For Vittles: 1) He's CBN, 2) Can occasionally draw more that Sabbath breaker because Sam is so popular, 3) Rarely draws much less since mono colored offenses are uncommon. 4) His numbers make the opponent have to burn an enhancement to beat him in most cases. 5) If you have CM he's reusable.
For Damsel: 1) She's CBI 2) She can occasionally draw more that Sabbath breaker because of Sam decks and multi enhancements. 3) Sometimes only draws 1 but usually draws at least 2. 4) Her numbers usually make an opponent have to burn an enhancement to kill her) 5) Reusable is you have CM or Charms (which you can activate it on her) 6) She looks at hand to help you on the offense for you next rescue. 7) She has sooo much combo potential, such as discarding 8 cards of opponents deck, drawing 8 cards, becoming a female prophet etc.
All Sabbath breaker has going for him is that he draws a guaranteed 3 and that he's generic. Otherwise, the other characters are better.
