Although this is just a nit pick, but the limiting to N.T. Heroes seems a bit much...
... the only strong N.T. offenses are Disciples, TGT, Clays few themes, and maybe N.T. prophets w/ silver.

Don't forget the Deacons! That's because compared to the large amount of O.T. offenses tha are viable, the N.T. offenses that are viable are limited to what I listed, deacons being one. There is no N.T. offense for blue, gold has Luke/John but for it to really do good you need a Greek defense, and teal has only a handful of N.T. characters.
But where you have 'missing' brigades for NT, where the OT themes are just as limited as above, you have Clay's diversity instead. In Clay you have Missionaries, Deacons, Spiritual Warrior, and each of the churches as separate entities, with cards specifically written to benefit that one theme and built with enough characters to run alone or paired as you desire. So it really isn't as limiting as you think, given the diversity of Clay generally.
This may be a little off topic, but when are the other brigades going to get the diversity that Clay has? Because that would be really cool if every brigade had that kind of diversity.
So it won't be the 'only' focus in future sets like it was in these (where the goal was to get it big enough to be viable).
Shoes of peace is a type two type card...
Hey so quick question... is there a limit to the number of territory class cards you can have on a single character? Is there any reason I couldn't just put ALL of these cards on a single character to make them protected from... well everything?
