Rob said at Nationals that he expected the new set in about 3 weeks, which would mean about the end of this week (hopefully!) If that's the case, I will hope to have them next week to send out to everyone who placed pre-orders so that they will have them the following week. However, if the boat was delayed for any reason coming over, it could be October. ;)
