What happens if your opponent rescues both halves of your 2-liner, then you play falling away, then rescue shuffler with Son of God? Then when you draw two line again does your opponent have to rescue the 2-line twice or just once?

It resets in the discard or draw pile, so your opponent would have to rescue it twice again.
