Title: Seasonal promo for local tournament???

Just wondering is it possible to obtain the Seasonal promo majestic heavens if a local tournament was hosted this year November??

If not , what level of tournament do you have to host to get a majestic heavens promo card??

A Local Tournament will do the trick, but I believe it is August, September and October it is available.

There's a chance that Majestic Heavens will be extended through November. The next seasonal promo won't be printed in time to release for November and waiting until December to start the next cycle will get us on part with the meteorological seasons. That's my thinking anyway, but I haven't confirmed with with Rob yet.
