All major browsers are moving towards this, they're disabling a decades old technology that is the primary cause of virus/malware injection through ads. Chrome just killed it, Firefox is killing it in 2016, and Microsoft's new browser "Project Spartan" doesn't include it. You can reenable it go to
chrome://flags/#enable-npapi
and click the enable npapi button. This is temporary and will only work until this flag is permanently removed from chrome in September, so the long term solution is that Redemption visualizer needs to be updated to use a technology that doesn't rely on this technology. I'm not sure if Silverlight (the plugin used to make Redemption Visualizer) is updated to use a newer standard, so Redemption Visualizer may have to be completely rewritten. I believe Netflix uses Silverlight and that's still working so it may be possible to just update Redemption Visualizer to a newer version of Silverlight.
tl:dr;
Go here to temporarily reeanble it chrome://flags/#enable-npapi
Long term, if not updated, Redemption Visualizer will be effectively dead by next year
