Is there a website with the contents of the FooF and RoA sets that lists the cards and there abilities and such?

The default page gives you access to the RoA cards' distribution among tins, and you can see their abilities my clicking on a card name.

All the FooF cards are in the REG's main card list, and this page (http://search.cartserver.com/search/search.cgi?cartid=s-2791&category=walshconley&keywords=mary&go=GO!&maxhits=5) tells you which are in which tin.

Alternately, the URCL spreadsheet can tell you this information.  Will update with a link momentarily. Nevermind, it doesn't have set distribution as far as I can tell.
