If someone rescues half of the three liner after attacking me can I use son of God and nj on three liner?

No, once one player rescues half of the 3-liner ONLY that player can rescue the other half.

Okay thanks. How do y'all know? is there a tournament rule book that explains situations like that? Please let me know cus ive taught about 7 people how to play and they look to me for those answers.

There's a rulebook that comes with the starter packs, but other than that, you've got the REG and here.
