Title: quick easy one...
Post by: Cpt.Jaeger on October 11, 2010, 05:12:51 PM
when you rescue, your opponent chooses which soul you get if it's successful, right?

does your opponent have to choose/announce which at the start of battle?

In Type 1, they choose yes. They do not have to announce until you've won the rescue attempt, at which time they have to offer one that you had access to when the battle concluded.

In Type 2, you choose which LS you are attempting to rescue, and you can only rescue that one.

Jacob's Ladder
Special Ability: Holder may choose which Lost Soul is to be rescued during Holder's rescue attempt. Holder must have access and may only rescue that Lost Soul. • Play As: At the beginning of battle, choose which Lost Soul is to be rescued during holder's rescue attempt. Holder must have access. Restrict holder from rescuing any other Lost Soul.
