ok i have a question about benaiah (green hero, 8/8 warrior class).

ok so say i attack with hur (green hero 4/4) and i get to play 1st enhansment, i play shiped to cyprus, if i band benaiah into battle does his special ability negate his ability to band into battle? thanks!

Yes, Benaiah would negate Ship to Cyprus. You would be left with Hur in a Fight by the Numbers battle.
