Can Shobach (new promo) hold more than one weapon? because he reads: may hold and use weaponS<- of any brigade. it is plural so can he hold mor than one? I'm confused.

They probably could have worded it differently to not cause confusion.

Since he only has one weapon symbol, he can only hold one weapon.  During battle, however, he can use as many as he wants, so the plural 'weapons' was necessary.
