My brother pulled a LS, first turn, and let me go first.  I started a rescue attempt, but he said I didn't have access, because that lost soul was in a (web)site.

Sites are the cards with pyramids in the corner (except Warriors Goshen and Kingdoms)

that modification made it even less clear. I don't see how that lost soul alone would be in a site....
If he didn't have a pyramid card underneath or above the lost soul, then you had access.

But you cant put a lost soul in a rimshot, it can only go in site cards.
