Are there any playgroups in the Virginia beach area?  My family's on vacation here, and my younger cousins want to play.

There weren't any when I used to live there.

Make sure you check out the Marine Science Museum. Say "Hi" to my wife's family for me. Make the trip up to Williamsburg to visit Busch Gardens.

They are many better things in Williamsburg than Busch Gardens if you are interested in colonial life and the American Revolution. I highly recommend checking out Yorktown and the live reenactments at Williamsburg...God save George Washington!  ;D

I posted about 5 months ago asking if there were any playgroups in that area while I was at training in Yorktown.  There weren't any.  There's plenty of neat places to go, and if you've never been to D.C., it's not too far.  If you go to Yorktown and happen to visit the battlefields and the little group of shops next to the P. Coleman Bridge around noon, you might get to see the Coast Guard "A" School students over there eating lunch.  The Coleman bridge is a pretty cool sight since it's a swing bridge.  Not common down here in FL.  Williamsburg is quite amazing!  If you're interested in amusement parks, King's Dominion is on the way to D.C. and it has a Giga-coaster that reaches speeds of around 96 mph... fun time!
