Does anyone know what play advantage is??

Noticed it on the King Xerxes card shown a few days ago.

It says " If opponent has play advantage"


It seems like to me it would mean "If opponent has first initiative in battle to play an enhancement"


Any thoughts on this??

Advantage is whoever has more cards in that location. Play advantage is whoever has more cards in play. King of Nineveh (PoC1) uses "hand advantage" to mean "has more cards in hand."

Do you mean King of Nineveh uses " Board advantage"?


If that is the case it seems like" play advantage is the same as board advantage" but I don't think that is the case.

Right, I was thinking Out of Bethlehem for hand advantage.

I think Board Advantage includes set-aside, but I'm not 100% on that.

This is correct. King Xerxes uses "play advantage" because set aside doesn't change "board advantage".
