What characters place enhancements on other characters?

Who is the placer priest?

There is Agur who is gold and Jehoram the high priest and another that uses Jehosophat but I can't remember the name.

Elishama is the priest that goes with Jehoshaphat. He's probably one of the more popular ones because he doesn't require you to use up your art slot. Jahaziel, Son of Zechariah is another one that can place on someone in set-aside, there are some nifty combos that can work with him.
