I had the most fun game ever against Slugfencer's son at the Local on Saturday. I was playing an old school 3 nails convert deck. First round--- he draws and plays Assyrian Camp and I have no way of making it go bye bye. No more converts for me  . Don't remember all the deet's but first round I give him half of my 3 liner. Second round he rescues the other half and half of his 2 liner with SoG NJ. I fall away half of my 3 liner and he then rescues another lost soul when I give him the shuffler, basically wasting his SoG NJ. I never got a convert to work but still the game ended 5/4 his favor. I may have lost but that was a great game.

Steve, I won't mention his name here out of respect for you man, but that kid of yours is awesome and I can't wait until we go at it again.

Next tourny we will be celebrating the Feast of Sukkot (Tabernacles) in Saluda NC. (See Lev. 23) But the next next I hope he will be ready.

You have to be kidding me........ I gotta check that card again............Aw man!!!! I could have won!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Still, awesome game though. I thought my convert deck would have been toast with all the new cards out since my hiatus (Foof, RoA, TxP [still can't find TxP in a store]). To hold my own thinking that I could not convert makes me feel like coming back might not have been a bad idea after all.
