I have heard a lot said about Philistines and Orange being great together.  What of this concept defense?  It has:

Black EC's:

12FG
Philistine Garrison
Philistine Armor Bearer
Philistine Priests
Fallen Warrior
Goliath(Would like to replace)

Black EE:
Bringing Fear
Overwhelmed by Philistines
Wrath of Satan
Foolish Advice
Philistine Chariots and Horses

Orange EC:
PotW
King of Tyrus
Seizing Spirit
Deceiving Spirit
Prince of the Air

Orange EE:
Deafening Spirit (unnegatable negate?)
Pride Before Calamity
Corrupted
Following Demons
Sinning Hand

Fortresses and artifacts:
Altar of Dagon
Temple of Dagon
Philistine Outpost

The Black feels a little anemic and the Orange Lackluster, any one have some suggestions?

Goliath sux0rz. Just take him out. Put in Gates of Hell.

Overwhelmed by Philistines should have been named "Overrated by Everyone." Take it and Wrath out and replace them with Land Dispute and Devourer. Philistine Horse and Chariots is also stupid and should be replaced with Pushed Back or Net.

The Orange is all wrong. PotW and KoT stay, but take out the other three for Wandering Spirit, Trembling Demon, and Demon behind the Idol. Get rid of Deafening Spirit and Following Demons for Two Possessed by Demons and Worshiping Demons. Take out Altar and Temple for Asherah Pole and HHI.

This Defense is best paired with a White Chicks offense, preferably with TGT, but not relying on it.
I am not talking about T2 unless I am explicitly talking about T2. Also Mayhem is fine now somehow!

I like the suggestions, if one was going to play a NT offense, but what if one wanted to use an OT defense, or did not want to go the whole trembling demon HoH route? Asherah Pole is a double edged sword in that case, and holy of Holies chops my KoT off at the knees.  I know a lot of people who don't have many powerful NT offense's who really want to use this defense, any other suggestions?

Asherah Pole doesn't hurt you if you're using N.T. Read it a bit more closely.

Also notice that I didn't recommend putting in HoH. If they don't Discard, just die. If they do Discard, kill them with one of your battle-winners.

whoops your right about HoH.  What I was trying to say was that I am interested in using an OT offense so asherah pole would hurt a bit.

Well, that's why I don't like using an O.T. offense with Demons. But I guess a good choice would be to use an offense that doesn't try to Negate stuff in the first place, or just decide that it's worth crippling your defense to not have Apole.

So there is no way to play demons with philistines with an OT offense and be a great defense?  That is kind of disappointing.

I didn't say that. You just have to use certain O.T. offenses and not others. Obviously, you can't use FbtNB, but Genesis can still work fine if you don't miss ASU that much. Teal looses some of its teeth, but not so much that it doesn't win. Using an N.T. Offense is MUCH better, but you can use O.T.

I know you didn't say that, I was just saying that "I" felt there was no way to have a "great" deck with OT offense, and Philistine/Demon defense.  Thanks for all the good advice guys.  8)
