Then the enhancements came out, Just a Hireling which is gray/black, as well as Doctrine like Leaven, also gray/black. In TXP The Entrapping Pharisee came out, Proud Pharisee, and Pretension came out, all great cards.

Saul/Paul (as Saul or as Paul (the other Pharisee heroes are Nicodemus and Gamaliel))
Proud Pharisee
Entrapping Pharisee

The High Priests are sadducees, but not pharisees.

If by "they," you mean the REG, then no they don't. They do have him listed as a card that mentions pharisees, but he himself is not a pharisee on any list that I am aware of.
