I was wandering if Angels could be converted and if so, would thet be considered a demon since they are evil supernatural beings? Also if SO then If I were to convert Captain Of The Host to an orange brigade demon, would his special ability still work?

Angels can be converted (by the Angelic Rebellion, however that excludes certain Angels) however heroes converted to evil characters lose their special abilities.

If they are converted, they are counted as demons, yes.
