Assuming that it's a reprint of a non-site, and that it's Genesis (as per Gabe's hints), I think it's likely Babel, an evil fort and blue (for Abraham) site. It was last printed as an enhancement in Pats, and would have a Genesis 11 reference. (Also URs tend to be big, recognizable things, which this fits).
