D3, under REG 5.0 this will only trigger when an EC enters an empty field of battle, same as Throne works now with Heroes.

Fascinating. I'm always a fan of interesting in-game decisions and flexibility, although a couple of these might be fairly locked in as far as which side sees play in certain decks.

I didn't see Zion's Unity at first so I thought it was going to be a staple. As it is, more Throne buffs! Yaaaaayyy?..

Just for clarification, you CANNOT block with an EC held in a fort, correct? You can only enter/exit during prep?

I wonder if this'll bring Shipwreck back into the meta...

My prediction for #7 is that it's Moabite, possibly Kir. No idea what it'll do - gotta see more Moabites to make that prediction

- but it would make sense since it seems like that theme seems to be seeing some print this year.

Since cities count as both fortresses can I have 5 of the same city per (100-card) deck (2 as sites and 3 more as fortresses) or only 2 (count like sites) or 3 (count like fortresses) or 1 (follow the DAC count the brigades rule)?

Do cities count as neutral or evil/good or both evil/good and neutral (DAC rules)?

Since they're both at face value I believe each city would count as one site and one fortress against your max of each.

When in play they would be targetable by the normal rules of whichever side you played.

Unity requires that you have at least one of the unity type specified. If unity=0 it does nothing.

Unity requires "all of your x must be y" if you don't have any x then the condition cannot be fulfilled. (this might be a little wrong but I suspect somebody with more knowledge on the issue will chime in)

Do want to clarify that Ramses was said to only hold O.T. evil enhancements, but that isn't what the ability says. I'm not sure if it is supposed to be "inherently" evil as it is an evil fortress, but Storehouse could hold evil enhancements even though it was a good fortress, so based on the wording Ramses should be able to hold both.

Cities are 2 per deck in T2 since their most restrictive aspect (Site with a special ability) is 2 per deck. This is consistent with Covenants and Curses, whose most restrictive aspect (Artifact) is 3 per deck (unless the enhancement side is bi-color like Covenant with Death, in which case they are two per deck).

Cities would count as good or evil (like Covenants and Curses).

If they are activated as Artifacts, then Covs/Curses are neutral.

Same with a City--if it's put in play as a Fortress, it will be good or evil. If it's put in play as a Site, it will be neutral.
