Hmmm, Kinda Lame if you ask me. Musicians vs. Demons.....
Yeah, the NT women are kinda nice. I'm just not a big fan of ignore and immune abilities myself.
You are rescuing with Servant Angel, a silver brigade Hero with abilities of 5/6 and the special ability, “Holder may draw a card.” After you play Servant Angel into the Field of Battle, you immediately draw a card. Your opponent then blocks with Shechem, a pale green brigade Evil Character with abilities of 6/7. Since Servant Angel is losing, you have initiative and play The Sixth Seal, a silver brigade enhancement with abilities of 2/2 and the special ability, “Hero ignores pale green brigade.” Servant Angel will pass by Shechem as though Shechem is not there and will make a successful rescue. Your opponent must negate the “ignore” special ability or the rescue will succeed, and each character will be returned to his owner’s territory.
Discussing musicians with someone after the tournament yesterday, it seems a good musician offense would be strongly effective against a lot of common strategies and a lot of uncommon ones. As long as Moses and King David are prophets, there's a whole lot of awesome going on.
They have some similarities. They are both protect-type abilities and they both stop the other side from hurting you. But ignore goes a bit in a different direction:- You cannot target the ignored character- The numbers in battle are not taken into account- If a Hero ignores all blocking Evil Characters, the rescue attempt is successful- If an Evil Character ignores all rescuing Heroes, the block is successfulThe rulebook also describes a situation in detail:QuoteYou are rescuing with Servant Angel, a silver brigade Hero with abilities of 5/6 and the special ability, Holder may draw a card. i know i mean im using musicains and guess what i made three sucsesfull rescue atemps and i dont even have heman the king of musicains i just made rescue atemps with cheneniah and asaph and that good i mean if thos two can stand alone think how much they cando with enh
I actually find Heman still quite useful in my musician's deck. The day you don't draw your Chambers until the bottom of your deck and you've got four battle winners in your hand that you can't use, you'll see the value of Heman, even in a world where Chambers exists.
I named my zune after Asaph.
