In t2, could I banish an Uzzah in my discard and discard an Uzzah in my territory to keep Necromancer in battle and have protected souls?
...not sure why you'd want to do this, since it's negatable and therefore more vulnerable than blocking with Uzzah, but would it work?
Also interesting that it says "a human" not "a human Evil Character" - and since it's "a" discard pile, there's some potential fun with copying your opponent's hero abilities if they can work for you.

I thought a card had to be in play for you to copy its ability
Interesting card, definitely has a lot of potential. What happens if Necromancer copies a band or exchange ability though? Would a hero fight alongside Necromancer in the case of the band or create a hero vs hero in an exchange?
So wait, it's ok for the copied card to not be in play sometimes and other times it has to be in play? How does this work?Special Abilities choose where they target. If they don't specifiy, as in most cases, then you default to default conditions. Necromancer can copy the human in the discard. Therefore Necromancer is overriding the default.

I think each side of a battle has an alignment set when the battle begins, and you can only bring characters of that alignment in to that side of the battle. At least that sounds easier to trying to mention it in each ability that can bring characters in to battle.

Not sure if that actually does work, but I hope it works, because judean mediums can make him cbn. ;D

Wait... how exactly does this guy work with CBX?
If I copy a character who can't be interrupted, can Necromancer still be negated, negating the copy and therefore not allowing the copied ability to activate, or would he now be CBI as well?
If I band to him with Mediums to make Necromancer CBN, but copy a non-CBN/I ability, can the copied ability be negated, or is it considered his ability now and therefore CBN?
