Why is Behemoth also an enhancement?

Can anyone explain to me why this card is also an enhancement?  The verse is Job 40:15:

15
Look at Behemoth,
    which I made along with you
    and which feeds on grass like an ox.
16
What strength it has in its loins,
    what power in the muscles of its belly!
17
Its tail sways like a cedar;
    the sinews of its thighs are close-knit.
18
Its bones are tubes of bronze,
    its limbs like rods of iron.
19
It ranks first among the works of God,
    yet its Maker can approach it with his sword.
20
The hills bring it their produce,
    and all the wild animals play nearby.
21
Under the lotus plants it lies,
    hidden among the reeds in the marsh.
22
The lotuses conceal it in their shadow;
    the poplars by the stream surround it.
23
A raging river does not alarm it;
    it is secure, though the Jordan should surge against its mouth.
24
Can anyone capture it by the eyes,
    or trap it and pierce its nose?

The Behemoth was both a wild beast that man could not tame and a representation of God's power. He is neither inherently good nor evil, but we can see aspects of both, and so that is the direction that was taken with the card design. Will all future animals be GE/EC like Fire Foxes and Behemoth? Most likely not, but some of them likely will be.

For fire foxes I assumed it was an enhancement because Samson used them as a tool to punish the philistines. Behemoth is purposely said to not be able to be captured or used, so he is an enhancement for more metaphorical reasons I guess.  Does that mean Leviathan will also be an enhancement in its inevitable reprint?

I always thought he was an enhancement because of God's usage of him in his speech as an example.

That's certainly possible though nothing is set in stone at this point.  8)

I wanted He behemoth to be a neutral character that could band to an established group of EC's or Job to do something different whether blocking or rescuing. (However I wouldn't allow it to be in battle as a hero alone, it would need an Angel or a human hero with it.

Just saying a nats win would allow me to make this dream come true haha.

Before the animals came out  in recent sets I had wanted them all to be like that since they are not necessarily good or evil (some like the serpent would be evil of course) but alas was not to be
