Whenever I see the words "Excel" and "automatic", I think of a VB script (more commonly known as a macro). So depending on what you are trying to do, it may be possible to make something of that sort.
One other thing to note is that as part of the project I have been working on, I also have an Excel master list of all of the cards in the game, that I will also make available along with the release. So I'm not sure exactly what info you currently have, or what you are adding, but if you want, I plan to release sometime in the next few weeks (ideally by the end of this month).
