Title: Leviathan...What is its Label?
Post by: Wings of Music on April 04, 2010, 10:49:07 AM: OK, so my question to everyone is this...

Is the Leviathan a Beast/Demon, or is it an Animal?

I have always considered it as a Beast/Demon, but then I realized no where in the Bible is mentioned like that. In the book of Job, it is shown and considered as one of our Creators real creations.

So what do you guys think? :)

Canst thou draw out leviathan with an hook? or HIS tongue with a cord which thou lettest down?

2Canst thou put an hook into HIS nose? or bore HIS jaw through with a thorn?

It is neutral, because there was probably more than one kind in order for its species to survive.
So there might have been mommies and dadies with babies swimming all around, Lol ;)

Leviathan in Redemption is considered male, for the reason Technoethicist described.

Are you sure about that? I dont think the Leviathan is according to the Levitical Dietary commands...
