Do you want to help an Oregon teenager get to Redemption Nationals and at the same time have your own chance at getting a complete set of 2023 Redemption Nationals special promo cards? Well you will want to check this Drawing Fundraiser out: https://landofredemption.com/drawing-fundraiser-help-get-an-oregon-teen-to-redemption-nationals/.

Also in other news we are now able to add tournaments to Land of Redemption again. All tournaments on the Cactus website aside from local (closed) tourneys are now on Land of Redemption!

I have updated my Soul Surfer article with the refined version of my Soul Surfer deck build that I just won the Lackey Grand Prix #14 with. A video of the Top Cut Final with AgurTheWise is included in the article with commentary by AgurTheWise and BaboonyTim. It is quite different from the version I shared in December 2023. A slightly earlier version of this deck build (preserved in the change log) also won the RobM Zoom Series 16 back near the end of January.

This is the deck build I had been planning to run at Nationals as I feel it is my best deck build but then on Tuesday when the Guardian of Your Souls (Nats promo) was spoiled I realized that might be ill advised since it counters the whole offense for the most part. However, in the past couple days I realized how to modify Soul Surfer to allow it to work through Guardian of Your Souls (promo) and as a bonus I have included that deck list in addition to the list that just won the LGP #14. A Matthew based offense is still a viable offense I believe when constructed a certain way even when Guardian of Your Souls (promo) becomes tournament legal. Here is the article on Land of Redemption: https://landofredemption.com/cthetrees-take-on-soul-surfer/

Land of Redemption is pleased to present a new addition to The Deck Database by AgurTheWise. Jake has kindly contributed his very solid deck build "Newspaper" to The Deck Database. Check it out here: https://landofredemption.com/nativity-newspaper-agurthewise/

I have written a deeply personal article to the community entitled "The Confessions of a Redemption Family Man". In this article I openly share my quest to become a top Redemption player while also being a husband and father and what I have learned from that experience.

Be sure to read to the end of the article for a VERY important announcement about the future of Land of Redemption. I posted this a while back on the Redemption Discord and realized I should have posted it here too. Since the announcement has been out for a bit I will state it publicly here: I have transferred ownership of Land of Redemption over to Tim Estes (BaboonyTim). I have enjoyed very much being involved in Land of Redemption originally as an Editor and then as Owner over the past years. I know Tim will do a great job as Owner as he has been more than competent as an Editor.

You can read the article here: https://landofredemption.com/the-confessions-of-a-redemption-family-man/.
