So King Manasseh says
" May band to a demon or Magician, or you may discard 2 of your human Evil characters to return a Hero to owners hand."


Can king Manasseh discard himself? To count as one of the 2?

Yes you can discard Manasseh as one of the 2.

This was a popular autoblock back in the day against FBTNB decks.  I learned that Manasseh can discard himself when my Ira (Ki) was blocked by Manny and got bounced by my opponent discarding Manny and Damsel.

Yes i did it against a friend and i tryied to discard his nebby  that i took form him but i couldnt then i noticed that i could discard Manny
