If you're playing T1, Heretics aren't much for a defense, especially a large one.
Again, I agree with Kittens. If you want to play Heroless, you need a defense that will last almost the whole game if needed.
I am not going to change the mechanics of the deck, I'm just open to suggestions on how to increase its efficiency.

(I refuse to ever make a disciples or TGT deck ever.)If I can make a deck with very few heroes and use heretics (in addition to other charachters...) then awesome. I am able to accomplish something few to no other people have. Especially if it is successful in winning games.
