Hi. Just wanting to know if in Redemption there are any of these following cards...

God
Holy Spirit
Jesus (I know that there is a son of God but is there a card actually called Jesus?)
The Trinity

If there are any of these card would someone please be kind enough to attach them to the next post. Thanks

Although they are somewhat represented in the good dominants - Son of God (obviously), Angel of the Lord, Guardian of Your Souls.

Captain of the Host is Jesus according to one line of thinking which says that it was a theophany.
May you prosper greatly!

Couldent agree more!

And, if you were woundering, I doubt they will make specific cards like that, because they would probably have to be super powerful.  ;)

Any one of those would either rescue all lost souls or negate all special abilities or something OP like that.

Ability - Win the game.
Identifier - You cannot play this card, unless you are God.

Well, from the example of the Levities, holiness, and the position thereof, can be passed down.  I am a son of God, and am entitled to all the authority of Heaven.  Whatever I loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven, and whatever I bind on earth shall be bound in heaven.

Thus, I have the authority to play God.

Nice Captain pic from "The M"

No ones mentioned a 'Trinity' card or a 'Holy Spirit' card.

Personally I think that the 'Holy Spirit' card should be played with any NT Hero and give it the power to convert Evil Cards to good.

We'll never get a biblical Holy Spirit card, because no one can agree on what that is.

Well, coming back from a TOTALLY holy spirit filled youth retreat,
I would have to say that the holy spirit is fire and joy.
When you see 30 of your friends lying on the floor laughing hysterically after being joybombed with God's holy fire, you can't argue with it.

I'm not disagreeing as I have not done any kind of research into this story other than having read it, but I believe it could be reasoned that there is a difference between bowing in respect and reverence, and just plain falling on your face in fear. Perhaps I will re-read that story tonight...  :)

I haven't either. I believe that's what that side argues, but I don't remember. I don't see it as a big issue, so I haven't looked into it.

Upon further review, Joshua did fall in reverence, though I'm not sure that's the same as outright worship. I feel like if an archangel visited me, I'd probably be too overwhelmed to do anything but get on my knees and hide my face. It's an interesting theological question, but like you said, it is not one to lose sleep over or get caught up in major discussions about. My translation uses the word "Lord" (just L in caps) when Joshua speaks to the Captain, but it also has a footnote that it could be "lord" (no caps).

Well, we at least know that "standing" is considered a non-weapon class ability.

Usually the angel would say "do not be afraid." I don't think Captain did this.
