How do I get one?

As i'm reading I keep finding poeple puting promo cards in there decks and I have no idea how poeple get them, so I was wondering, how does one get them?

No, I play with a small groupe of friends, we have some local ones but its usaly just us and a couple of others who don't play all the time.

I see that you're new, I'm sellign a lot 1100 cards including huge staple cards (put in almost all decks) like Mayhem and GoYS plus more if you have a laptop that is working and can hold a charge I'm looking tot rade

They can be picked up a couple of ways as mentioned before.

They can also be traded for here on the boards. Many players and tournaments hosts have promos that they are willing to trade and/or sell. Looking HERE can also be helpful.
