Goshen Promo

I have tried to use this card many times in my Genesis deck but have not found any good use for it. You can't bring back the heroes to your territory or they return to Goshen cause they have 0 toughness. To use it you require a card like Brass Serpant, so what is the point of this card?

His confusion was totally valid. As printed, the wording on the card is pretty bad, and people may not realize it got a Play-As.

I knew you could put heroes in it, but what other purpose could it serve at least potter's field once out they are healed.

It's a useless card. Don't worry too much over it.
I am not talking about T2 unless I am explicitly talking about T2. Also Mayhem is fine now somehow!

It is really useful to protect your heroes in territory from being hit by your opponent's cards.

The part of the ability that was added for the Promo version is mostly useless, since, as the OP pointed out, it doesn't rectify a permament decrease, so for example if your Zebulun gets hit with Gates of Samaria and goes to Goshen, he's still -3/-3 when he would be taken out and then he would go right back in. If the reduction was only temporary (like Hunger for example) then the Hero would be saved and could be used again.

The thing that makes the Promo slightly more useful then the other versions of Goshen is that it allows you to put any number of Heroes in it as long as there are only three different brigades there.

It is a REALLY great way to pass heroes back and forth to your teammate if you are playing TEAMS :)
