Good character ratio to have in type 2 decks?

1.Just wondering is having a max of 2 of each of a unique character a good number to have so you can avoid hand clog unless a deck really needs a specific character to really work??

Yes.  Also, you will want 2 max of MOST characters.  However, if the character is one of the 'any character' options in your deck (i.e. AUtO) or is CRITICAL to the success (i.e. Job), then you want more than 2 copies sometimes.  I run a Judges deck with 2 of the most important guys (Jair, Ehud, Gideon, and Moses), 2 AwSN, but 3 AUtO since he is so powerful and is 'any' judge at the same time.

So most characters are unique.
