I've seen a lot of off center cards. If we printed everything borderless you would hardly be able to notice.

We have been using the same printer for all sets from Early Church through Fall of Man. Some batches come in better than others even in the same printing.
Since the quality issues are widespread and significant, is it possible for us to try/use a different printer?

Remeber guys that there is always the Project Management Triangle when it comes to card games.Pick two: Affordable card prices, Quality cardboard, Quality control.Right now we've got the first two. Personally, I think this better then the alternative of having better quality control but cheapo cardboard.
