Flattening TxP

I think everyone has noticed by now that the TxP cards are kind of bent. It's really annoying when I'm going through my cards to make a deck and all my pages are bent oddly, and my stack of cards is all "fluffy." Also, I can always tell where the TxP cards are in my deck when I'm playing, which is really not very good. Anyway, I've noticed that a couple of the cards I've gotten from trading with others are pretty flat. I was just wondering how you do that?

I keep my TexP card stacked together in a box.  None of them are bent and some I've had since Nationals.
Have you visited the Land of Redemption today?

I put any new ones I get between the pages of my bible, sometimes I even put them with thier verse, its a great learning tool. After a week or two the usually stay fairly flat.

I do the same. it works perfectly, although, some of the cards came a little wrinkled... like my Grapes.

Wouldn't that make it the Raisins of Wrath?

Well, I'm the wrong Prof for the official job, but this would probably go down as one of my favorite forum quotes.

Thanks for this nice find.  I'm always open to suggestions from the "other prof" :)

I keep them in sleeves (like ultra pro) and keep them stacked together.... I don't have trouble anymore.

Currently my warped TxP are on my desk under three textbooks and a case of Mountain Dew. They've been there for a few days, with me checking back to see their progress. It seems to be working somewhat.

hey,
I put mine in sleeves and then alternated them face up-face down-face up-etc ... Then I put something heavier on them for a bit and now I keep them normally.

Be careful though, if you press them too hard, you may end up with this:

Ah. Yeah, thanks for reminding me of the one card in the set that I don't own. As if it wasn't painful enough...

I've also had the same problem with my RTS versions of the TxP cards.  Here's how I fixed that...

This has to be the best thread since the "Which bear is the best?" or something like that.
