Is there any cards that search discard pile or protect evil forts for opponents?

Protection of Jerusalem (Patriarchs) can protect evil Forts, but it takes a pretty high cost. There is no way at this point to recur an evil Fortress, as far as I know.

The only card to recur an evil Fortress than I can think of is Emperor Galba, and that only recurs Rome.
