Reprinted promos?

What are the newer reprinted promos with the new card face? I'm not talking about National promos I'm talking about the other promos for cards like Goliath.  Thanks

Goliath was reprinted with an identical ability and new art as a Regional promo in 2018. It was also given out in 2019 but is now considered "out of print".

Laban was reprinted with an identical ability and new art as a State promo in 2018. It was also given out in 2019 but is now considered "out of print".

I think that's all for identically function promo reprints.

There is also new versions of Haman and Emp. Nero, but those have different abilities.

So it sounds like you are asking if there is going to be more Legacy Rares.  If I remember correctly, they have already announced there would be some in this set, so yes they will be remaking cards with identical abilities.  BUT that being said there will be certain cards that will be avoided.  If set rotation is going to happen at some point they won't reprint broken or overly powerful cards, which to me means that TxP Nebby won't ever be a LR.
