Title: Discarding
Post by: Cpt.Jaeger on December 25, 2010, 01:51:15 PM
At the end of your turn, if you have to discard multiple cards, do you have to show your opponent (obviously they would see the top one)....?

Yes.

Why shouldn't they be able to? If you are really trying to hide something and trick them by discarding Sog and they are waiting for it to pop out but it never does, they discover there is something wrong and they would be angry therefore not necessarily being a good thing.

Why shouldn't they be able to?

Because that is the rule. From the REG:

Instant Special Abilities > Discard or Remove > How to Use > Discarding cards from Hand or Draw Pile

Cards removed from a draw pile or player’s hand must be shown to all players before being discarded.

I should clarify, your opponent/s should be able to look at the cards you discarded. If you read the rest I think you might have understood.

I did misunderstand. My apologies.
